Michael Palumbos is the founder of Family Wealth and Legacy and the creator of the Family Business Flywheel. He is also a second generation family wealth advisor. Shaped by a 25 year journey integrating wealth advising, family dynamics, and disciplined business execution, he helps family business CEOs align governance, family office coordination, and transition planning. A founding member of the Purposeful Planning Institute and a Metronomicscertified coach, he leads families utilizing the Stuart Smith Serve First Philosophy. As a husband, father of seven, and grandparent, he knows what’s at stake.

Martin Palumbos founded PS&E and spent his career serving family-owned businesses and the families behind them. Guided by Stuart Smith's Serve First Philosophy, he built lasting relationships grounded in education, trust, and putting clients' interests first. Stephen Harper brings a unique perspective to family business advising as the fourth generation of a family enterprise that was served by our firm for decades. He witnessed firsthand the opportunities, challenges, and transitions that accompany multigenerational business ownership, including the successful sale of his family's business in 2020. After earning his MBA and beginning his career in tax preparation with Farm Credit, Stephen joined the firm to help other business-owning families navigate similar complexities. Having lived the realities of succession, stewardship, and transition, he understands that successful family enterprises require thoughtful planning across the business, the family, and their shared legacy.
